Please note that our service provider adds a handling fee to the competition fees for payment by credit card. Despite our efforts, payment by bank transfer is no longer possible. The payment by credit card has become mandatory to subscribe to the insurance which is very complete. We are working on a solution to avoid these costs, but for the moment we have no choice.

Sun – 3:00 p.m.: Document drop-off and race bib pickup. Location: “Bretzel Village”
Sun – 4:30 p.m.: Briefing (French/English), Introduction of the athletes
Dim – 19h : Meal for the athletes and the team members. (Included for athletes)
Mon – 7:00 a.m.: Bike park opens; drop-off and inspection of bikes. Location: Colmar Aquatic Stadium
Mon – 8:00 a.m.: The QUINTUPLE continues
Game – 06h: Arrival of the first of the Quintuple continues.

Sun – 10 a.m.: The Quintuple race continues
Sun – 10:30 a.m.: Ceremony: QUINTUPLE, QUADRUPLE, TRIPLE, DOUBLE, SINGLE, Marathon Challenge, 24-Hour Run/Bike, and Bretzel Races: Ceremony, awards ceremony (Reserve meals for teams, marathoners, 24-hour run participants, and VIP race participants). Location: Bretzel Village.

• Briefing Meal (for ULTRA TRIATHLONS: 6X SPLIT, DECA, QUINTUPLE, QUADRUPLE, TRIPLE, DOUBLE (solo and relay), SINGLE, CONTINUOUS DECA MARATHONS, 6-DAY RUN)
• Daily meal package (included only for ULTRA TRIATHLONS: 6X SPLIT, DECA, Quintuple, and Quadruple) (but this service can be ordered by all athletes in all races, as well as support staff).
• The ceremony is free, but the meal following the ceremony is (for ULTRA TRIATHLONS: 6X SPLIT, DECA, QUINTUPLE, QUADRUPLE, TRIPLE, DOUBLE (solo and relay), SINGLE, CONTINUOUS DECA MARATHONS, 6-DAY RUN)

• A space for a support tent measuring 3 m x 3 m for solo runners or 6 m x 6 m for relay teams (except for the BRETZEL RACE).
• Refreshments along the RUN course.
• Physical therapist/osteopath, Tuesday through Saturday at noon. (except during the BRETZEL RACE)
• Free RV parking spots (up to 20 spots, 300 meters from “Bretzel Village”) (except during the BRETZEL RACE)
• Free camping places around the “bretzel village”. (To be reserved)”).
• Electricity available for the assistance tents and the motor homes.
• Departure package with surprise gift.
• Podiums: The top 3 men’s and women’s scratch scores in each competition.
  Regarding the marathon challenge, the podium is limited to the 5- and 10-marathon challenges. For the double relay and the 24-hour run/bike relay, the podium includes all categories.
• Finisher’s gift, medals, and surprise gift.
